Caleb Brown - Director of percussion

Mr. Brown graduated from the University of North Texas in 2025 with a Bachelor of Music Education degree and a concentration in percussion. While at UNT, he studied with the university’s percussion faculty and performed with several ensembles, including the Symphony Orchestra, Snare Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and the Green Brigade.

Outside of the university setting, Mr. Brown marched with the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps in 2021, the Troopers in 2022, and Santa Clara Vanguard in 2024. Through these experiences, he developed a strong appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and musical excellence that continues to in uence his teaching.

Mr. Brown is excited to join the McKinney North High School Band and work with its talented students. He looks forward to helping percussionists grow as musicians, performers, and leaders while contributing to the continued success of the program.
